Henry Adam

Baby boy has officially been named.

Henry Adam, our second little boy...our third sweet child.

Henry...it just happens to be the middle name of Ian's favorite drummer, John Bonham. but it has a been a favorite of ours for a while. It is unique, just like our Liam and Sydney....

Adam...it is the first name of our precious friend Adam Lokey, who passed away recently. We are proud and blessed to honor our friend by giving our son part of his name, with the blessing of his parents and his wife, of course...Adam was a honorable, kind, gentle and faithFULL man whom Ian and I deeply respected and love.

I am at 21 weeks today. Doing well. Resting a lot, doing my shots daily and trying not to stress or worry about what is to come.

I will start taking steroids for Henry's lung development in 7 weeks, once I hit 28 weeks...then depending on ultrasounds and the growth of sweet Henry and his lungs, my OB and my perinatologist are prepared to deliver Henry as early as 32-34 weeks to prevent another abruption like with Liam and Sydney any later.

We are trusting that the Lord created Henry for a purpose. We pray every day for his health and his life. We pray that we will come home with him from that hospital. We know, however, after losing our sweet sweet girl, that God's will shall be done no matter how much we pray our heart's desire...and so we wait...we just wait...and wait. and pray. pray for peace and comfort....and of course, we still pray for our baby boy to join our family in our arms this fall....

We already love our sweet Henry and thank God for him, for his life and his presence in our family...please continue to keep us and our baby Henry Adam in your prayers as well.....
