diagramming a verse.

In God's presence is fullness of joy; At His right hand are pleasures forever. Draw near to God and He will draw near to you. And He said, "My Presence will go with you, and I will give you rest." The LORD is near to all who call upon Him, To all who call upon Him in truth.....Psalm 16:11




IN God's presence is fullness of joy, NOT out of His presence where we are oft times. in stubbornness, in pride, in bondage to old sin's...in fear, in worry, in rebellion. and we wonder where He is and why we don't feel Joy or peace....because IN His presence is where it's at. THAT is where the Joy's at..IN FULLNESS, not half-hearted joy or love that only we are capable of BUT FULL JOY, abundant...ABUNDANT...this was a big deal for me to understand once i diagrammed this sentence apart....


At His right hand are pleasures forever. NOT in our own way or will, not in our own desires or wantings or failed attempts at trying to "get things right"...it is HE who gives pleasures unending, no other source will truly solidly faithfully continue to WANT to and long to bless us if we pursue them...ONLY HIM.

Draw near to God and He will draw near to you. VERB. draw near. action. do it...don't be passive. even if you don't feel it, don't wait for the "feeling or emotion" to be there...just do. trust and Do, draw near and the peace comes after the choice...
