"Day 14 of Sydney's Grace to Others: came home from dentist, after a really nice visit and great appt with my hygienist and decided to call and "report" her! Told the receptionist I know they get complaints at times but that I really wanted to call back and say thanks and well done, thorough great job and brag on her and the staff. Could hear her voice lighten and feel grateful and while I felt silly at the start for calling, I'm glad I took the time to give thanks when my heart felt it! Too many complain, not enough say thanks back. #syds30daysofgrace"
