my sweet amy friend posted some pics on her site from sydney's service that she took...she also shared her thoughts and opened her heart to write a little letter to syd that brought me to many many tears...i am blessed with this friend and God knew i needed her to get through this and i am convinced that is why we moved to new mexico even if it was at first for ian to pursue music, i believe with all my heart God had bigger plans....thank you sweet amy, precious friend...for loving our little girl like you did, like you do.

It almost broke my heart to lose you those 5 years ago, Lyss, but I am so very thankful that God had Amy in the plans for you.
And if you read this, Amy, thank you for taking such good care of our Lyss. She is very much loved and missed here. Please give her a hug for me. Thanks.
