Lord, You have always given bread for the coming day; and though I am poor, today I believe.
Lord, You have always given strength for the coming day; and though I am weak, today I believe.
Lord, You have always given peace for the coming day; and though of anxious heart, today I believe.
Lord, You have always kept me safe in trials; and now, tried as I am, today I believe.
Lord, You have always marked the road for the coming day; and though it may be hidden, today I believe.
Lord, You have always lightened this darkness of mine; and though the night is here, today I believe.
Lord, You have always spoken when time was ripe; and though You be silent now, today I believe. Amen.
This is a prayer I found on a friend's website years ago and wrote it down and have kept it on our frig. since then to remind me to keep believing no matter what. I moved it to the computer next to my calendar so that it stares me in the face daily. Not sure if you knew it, Greg...but this prayer has gotten me through some tough days, especially lately....this prayer is a mantra I want not just to say but to live out loud. It speaks Grace and Hope to me and if I let it, it will soak into the deepest parts of my hurting and cover it enough to get me through the next hour.

I believe in the sun
even when it isn't shining.
I believe in love
even when I am alone.
I believe in God
even when he is silent.
In ways you will never know, through Sydney's Grace you touch the hearts of so many. Thank you for sharing your grief and your hope. Blessings to you and your family.
